Refund & Returns Policy
Products enduring the process of delivery that become damaged or lost will be refunded furthermore size charts are fitted to product pages so consumers are aware what sizing are being purchased ahead of time therefore not needing a refund however in the event of the wrong size being delivered we will issue a refund for the order as this error is not via the consumers actions. Products which have been purchased, after being delivered, after they have been kept for 7 days or over are none refundable as they will be considered as used.
Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. This this may vary depending on your bank/ choice of bank. Refunds will and may only be deposited back into the account the customer bought their item from. If the customer has lost access to the bank in which they bought the item with then that will need to be taken up with said bank.
When submitting a refund please provide the order name, address the order has been shipped too, reason for the return and finally proof of delivery i.e image of the product. We need this to relay it back to the supplier to confirm its been received successfully along with your feedback to create your refund ticket.
